1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Transcribe Finance's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms govern your use of the algorithmic trading bots, the copy trading platform, the crypto lending services, and all associated infrastructure.

2. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies, allocating funds to algorithmic trading bots, and copying other traders carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade or invest you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment.

Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.

3. Bot Trading & Copy Trading

  • No Guarantees: We provide infrastructure for algorithmic logic execution. We do not guarantee profits or protect against losses caused by market conditions.
  • Execution Latency: While we target sub-millisecond execution times, slippage can occur during periods of extreme volatility. The platform is not liable for slippage losses.
  • Signal Providers: Copy Trading participants acknowledge that the master traders they copy are third-party market participants. We do not endorse or manage their specific trading decisions.

4. Crypto Lending

By using your assets as collateral for a loan, you accept the risk of liquidation. If the value of your collateral drops below the required Maintenance Margin (typically determined by market conditions and communicated in your dashboard), our automated systems will initiate liquidation protocols to cover the outstanding loan terms. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your collateral levels.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and external wallet private keys that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account either with or without your knowledge.
