GETTING STARTED
How do I create an account?
Use Register with a valid email, complete any required verification steps, and secure your account with a strong password and 2FA where offered. You’ll access the dashboard once onboarding checks succeed.
What do I need before I trade or invest?
Depending on your region and product, you may need to complete identity verification (KYC), accept risk disclosures, and fund your account via supported rails (crypto deposit, card, or bank where available). Minimums vary by product—see each product page and in-app prompts.
Where can I read how the platform works technically?
Our White Paper describes architecture at a high level (routing, copy trading, lending, custody). It’s not investment advice.
TRADING & BOTS
How does Bot Trading work?
Our algorithmic infrastructure connects to aggregated liquidity. When you deploy a bot, it uses automated API integrations to place orders according to the strategy you select (e.g. grid, momentum, DCA). You set risk parameters; the engine executes within those bounds. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
What is Copy Trading?
Copy trading lets you allocate capital to follow a master trader’s signals proportionally. Execution aims to mirror the leader, but fills can differ slightly due to size, slippage, and timing. You can adjust allocation or stop copying from your dashboard.
Can I use bots and copy trading at the same time?
Yes—subject to margin and risk limits on your account. Running multiple strategies increases exposure; monitor total leverage and drawdown across products.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Trading, bots, copy strategies, and yield products all carry risk of loss, including loss of principal. Read product-specific disclosures and the Terms.
WALLET & SECURITY
Are my funds secure?
We use defense-in-depth: encryption, access controls, and cold-storage practices for funds not needed for immediate settlement. Hot wallets hold limited liquidity for operations. No online system is risk-free—use 2FA, strong passwords, and beware phishing.
How do I verify my external wallet?
In the dashboard, use Wallet Connect (or the supported flow shown in-app). We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase. The connection lets us verify public addresses and authorize deposits according to our security model.
What if I lose access to my account?
Use account recovery options (email, support ticket) as offered. We may require identity verification before resetting access or moving funds—this protects you from takeover. Keep backup codes for 2FA in a safe place.
LOANS & YIELD
What are Crypto Loans?
You can pledge eligible crypto as collateral to borrow stablecoins or fiat (where supported) without selling your assets, subject to LTV limits, interest, and liquidation rules. See our Loans page and in-app terms.
What happens if collateral value drops?
If loan-to-value rises toward the maximum allowed, you may receive margin warnings. Beyond the stated threshold, partial or full liquidation may occur to repay the loan. Always monitor LTV in your dashboard.
How do Investment / yield pools work?
Pools allocate capital to strategies described at subscription time. APY figures are estimates and can change. Locked terms may restrict withdrawals until maturity. Review Investment and risk disclosures before depositing.
Can I withdraw at any time?
Spot balances and many bot profits can be withdrawn subject to processing times and limits. Fixed-term investments unlock on schedule. Loan collateral may be locked until the loan is repaid or LTV is safe. See product-specific rules in-app.
ACCOUNT & COMPLIANCE
Why was my verification delayed or rejected?
KYC may fail due to unclear documents, name mismatch, or policy restrictions by jurisdiction. Our team may request additional information. We cannot always disclose every reason for compliance reasons.
Where is Transcribe Finance incorporated?
We publish UK company registration details on the Certification & compliance page (company number and registered office).
How do I report fraud or a security concern?
Contact support immediately via Contact with as much detail as possible (timestamps, addresses, screenshots). Do not share passwords or seeds in email.
